VegiDiet Kids
The first and most important lesson to learn - for animals and for people - is:
"WHAT TO EAT".  What is safe to eat? What is the healthiest diet? What
must be avoided?
No animal can survive without knowing this and all people should know
their basic dietary needs and how to fulfill them.  "Learning how to feed
yourself well is the key to better health."
Although no health claims are made for our meal plans, we do try to follow a low-fat,
low salt, cholesterol-reducing diet that is meatless, vegetable centered and as
natural as possible.  We are not vegans, strict vegetarians or "health food freaks."
We call it vegism and think of ourselves as vegists.  And you can too.  
We believe it's all about eating smart and learning all you can about the food you
eat.  We urge you to research other sources of diet and nutritional information and  
use our ideas as suggestions to help you find your own perfect diet for health.
