SECRET PUNCH 1
2 cups strong tea (constant comment)
¾ cup lemon juice
2 cups orange juice
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 cup sugar
leaves from 12 sprigs mint
8 slices canned pineapple, including juice
10 cups chilled ginger ale
8 cups chilled carbonated water
crushed ice
Place tea in  large punch bowl.
Add and stir well, lemon juice, orange
juice, lime juice, and sugar.
Add mint leaves and stir.  Place the
mixture on ice for 2 hours.
Shortly before serving strain the punch and
add canned pineapple including juice,
ginger ale and carbonated water.
Serve over crushed ice.
SECRET PUNCH 2
2  6oz. Cans of frozen orange juice
1 ½  cup water
1 cup fresh pineapple cubes ( may use
pineapple juice instead)
½ cup sugar
2 quarts ginger ale
Combine all ingredients except ginger ale.  Stir.
Add ginger ale just before  serving.
Garnish with mint sprig if desired.
SPRING WATER GLACIER
3 tablespoons your favorite syrup
1 cup sparkling mineral water or seltzer, chilled
Sprig of mint, for garnish, optional
Place the syrup in a tall glass.  Stir in the
seltzer and garnish with a sprig of mint if
desired.
SUNRISE BREAKFAST DRINK
1 ½  cups buttermilk
¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 frozen banana, peeled and cut into chunks
2 orange slices for garnish
Combine the buttermilk, orange juice
concentrate and banana in a blender
and process until smooth and creamy.
Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with orange
slices.
STRAWBERRY-BANANA SHAKE
1 cup plain yogurt
¾ cup fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
or 1 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries
1 medium size banana, peeled and cut
into chunks
1 tablespoon wheat bran
2 teaspoons honey
2 ice cubes (optional)
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender
and process, turning the machine on & off
for 5 to 10 seconds or until the mixture is
smooth & frothy.
Pour the shake into a tall glass and serve.
TROPICAL BANANA SHAKE
2 bananas peeled, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 cups skim milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla
3 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in blender.  Blend
20 seconds or until smooth and frothy.
Pour into 4 tall glasses and serve.
TROPICAL BREAKFAST DRINK
½ cup egg beaters
½ cup plain yogurt
1 cup strawberries, cut-up
1 cup (8oz) pineapple chunks, juice and all
1 banana
1 tablespoon honey
In blender add all ingredients, blend till
smooth.
TROPICAL COOLER
4 cups cold water
1- 6oz. Can frozen orange juice, thawed
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup sugar
2 (12oz.) cans ginger ale chilled
orange sherbet
In pitcher combine water, orange juice,
and sugar.  Stir till sugar dissolves.
Chill.  Just before serving add ginger ale.  
Scoop sherbet into glasses and pour in
juice mixture.  Garnish with mint sprig if
desired
WAKE UP SHAKE
1 nectarine, quartered and pitted
1 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 ice cubes
Place the nectarine, yogurt, orange juice,
wheat germ and ice cubes in blender.
Blend until well mixed, thick and frothy.  
Pour shake into tall glasses and serve.
